Forever 21 Haul
It’s been quite a while since I’ve scoped out the deals at Forever 21. Boy oh boy have I missed those! Revisiting the store with some of my friends was one of the highlights of my week! Check out what I found:
These ripped jeans were just $30! Talk about a steal. I know a lot of people have the idea that you can DIY these jeans. If you’re talented enough to do that, then go ahead! If you’re like me, and either don’t have the time or the talent to rip jeans like this, then you can probably find a pair like I did at a store similar to Forever 21.
The crop top sweater was around $18. I love it because it’s the perfect fall color and I’ve been looking for this color to complete my fall wardobe. The stripes and the crop top keep things a bit fresh since I’m still a young adult. Gotta enjoy it while I can!
Then I added some white vans to keep things simple and they coordinate well with the stripes on my sweater and keep a consistent vibe throughout my outfit composition. I love wearing comfortable shoes when I’m shooting, so that was a plus. The day we shot this outfit, we were actually doing a promotional shoot for another company I work for that’s based in South Korea. We were just messing around while we waited for our models.
This second looks is using the same jeans from Forever 21. Then I took a shirt I got from Vintage Willows this summer and layered it under a black lace detailed kimono I also got from Forever 21. This purchase was about $18. I already had these shoes from DSW that I got on clearance a couple years ago. I like how the shoes really tie the colors together since they’re a combination of white, brown, and black. The hat is from Target that I got for $35. A little pricier than I would have liked but it was a great purchase and that hat goes with so many outfits it’s quite unbelievable.
This look has some Forever 21 pants that are a great cross between joggers and work pants. They’re made with a light material that keep me comfortable throughout the day while still looking pretty dressy. I added a simple grey tee and a black zippered blazer to dress it up. As far as accessories go, I went with an easy, long pearl necklace that I got as a hand me down from a family member. I doubled it so that it was kind of a loose choker.
I hope these looks have inspired you this fall. What trends are you into? Leave me a comment and let me know so I can check them out!
XOXO
